Standard tiers are non-exclusive. The same cue may appear in other projects. Exclusive rights are available by inquiry — priced per cue and term.
Standard tier: contract issued within one business day of confirmed inquiry. Custom commissions are scoped in a single call before any agreement is signed.
Who holds the master and composition rights?
Are edits and stems included?
Stereo masters are included in every tier. Stems and alternate edits are available as an add-on. Specify the requirement at inquiry.
Umbral Sound retains all master and publishing rights. You receive a synchronization license scoped to your declared use. No assignments, no buyouts.
Can I request a cue that doesn't exist yet?
What if my project spans multiple tiers?
Commission inquiries are open. Describe the moment — the duration, the emotional register, the silence-to-density arc — and a quote follows within 48 hours.
A game with a launch trailer and a streaming documentary cut would need both tiers. Each is invoiced separately. Multi-tier discounts apply on direct inquiry.
